Guide is our intuitive and smart management system based on SharePoint Online and integrated with Microsoft 365. Guide gives you the tools you need to easily find and manage information, whether you are sitting at your computer in the office, with your tablet on the construction site or with your mobile phone in the store.

No management system automatically gives you an ISO certification, but a smart management system supports the work with ISO and makes it easier. Whether you need a management system for systematic quality work (e.g. ISO 9001), environmental work (e.g. ISO 14001) or an information security management system (ISMS, e.g. ISO 27001), Guide will help you establish the working methods you need. You can also use Guide as an overall management system where you manage information for several different standards and certifications in one place.
In Guide, you can easily assign different information owners to keep the information up to date. Guide has also a built-in support to easily report and follow up on deviations, suggestions and revisions.

Guide adds several agile features that take SharePoint from a content management system (CMS) to a quality management system (QMS) without losing any of the many features provided by Microsoft. With Guide, you can easily extend your management system with no-code solutions in Power Platform, or use Microsoft Purview for additional security and compliance management. And as part of Microsoft 365, you can always access your management system via Microsoft Teams, which makes the management system a natural part of the digital workplace. With the help of our broad expertise in Microsoft 365, we can also help you get the most out of the entire platform.
FIND INFORMATION EASY
Guide makes it easy to find the right information with interactive process maps. And for each process or sub-process, see important information and related documents. As a customer, you have full control over what information is presented for each process and can also specify pages and documents in the system as required reading for all or selected users. All to make it easier for the end user to quickly and easily find the information they need to do their work and create value for the organization.
BETTER EDITORIAL FEATURES
Guide makes it easier to manage content in the management system through features specifically designed to streamline common work steps and processes. Guide also allows selected users to switch roles between editor and regular user, which makes it possible to use the management system both as a consumer; where you only see the most recently published and current information, and the producer; where you can see drafts that you can process and publish.
YOUR data – under YOUR Control
With Guide, all functions run and manage all data in your own Microsoft 365 environment, without the need for integrations to, or operation from our systems. If you should decide to stop using Guide, all data remains with you, without dependence on Nexer. It is important to us that it should feel safe and secure for you.
