Nexer Tech Talent gives emerging tech talent both a jump start and a soft launch to their careers through our one-year talent programs. We match your unique skills, personality and potential with an assignment at one of Sweden’s top companies. Here you get the opportunity to develop and contribute to new technological solutions. The assignment is interspersed with solid training, mentoring and social activities together with other participants in the program. This means you get a smooth start and a steep development curve while building networks and making valuable contacts for the future.

Nexer Tech Talent has so far provided over 1600 newly graduated tech talents with the ultimate transition between study and work. Of our past participants, 98% have gone on to employment with the client after completing the talent program, which we see as proof that we have given them a good start to their careers.
