CHALLENGES IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR
The public sector is complex, which makes it difficult to generalise about challenges. Rapid technological developments and societal changes require the public sector to adapt. At the same time, skills shortages in the public sector are at an all-time high, with vacancies leading to increased workloads.
