Future Leader Program
The Future Leader Program is a unique initiative by Nexer Group, Pion Group, and A Society, and an extension of our vision for a Promising Future. The program is aimed at individuals between 17 and 23 years old who are curious about exploring and realizing their potential as entrepreneurs and leaders. Each year, we start a new cohort in October, and applications are open between May and August.
BECOME A LEADER OF THE FUTURE
The Future Leader Program aims to inspire and support young talents who want to drive innovation and create new opportunities. We offer inspiring days with workshops, networking opportunities and personal mentorship. Additionally, you’ll hear from some of Sweden’s most prominent leaders and entrepreneurs, providing you with valuable knowledge and inspiration for the future.
MENTORSHIP
You will be matched with a personal mentor who will coach you to develop your skills and provide advice to achieve your goals. Your mentor will be there as support and inspiration throughout the program.
LECTURES
During the lectures, you’ll gain insights from some of Sweden’s leading leaders and entrepreneurs. Their experiences will provide you with valuable perspectives and inspiration for your entrepreneurial journey.
NETWORKING
You will not only make new contacts with like-minded individuals but also with some of Sweden’s top leaders and entrepreneurs. This way, you’ll build a strong network that can be crucial for your future career.
“The Future Leader Program is a talent program close to our hearts. Over the course of one year, we meet for four full-day sessions where you’ll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. The program concludes with an examination and a graduation ceremony.
With only 30 spots available, we offer a unique opportunity to build valuable networks and receive support from a dedicated mentor – an experienced individual who will guide you throughout the program.
