OUR ORGANISATION
STRATEGY, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION
Nexer’s organisational structure is divided into various business units within strategy, technology, and communication. By not being listed on the stock exchange, we own our own strategy and invest in long-term goals.
We have 2,800 experts in 15 countries and are 80% owned by the Danir Group, a privately owned Swedish company with 12,000 employees in 18 countries. Other owners are the management and the Wattin family, via the investment company Inbox Capital. Lars Kry is CEO of Nexer Group since 2014.
Between 1986 and 2021 we were called Sigma IT.
