Care Basic includes support and maintenance for our products Core and Guide, with new updates available every month. It also includes a proactive support service with monthly meetings and your own Care Contact – a person with full knowledge of your solution. Your Care Contact will help with your ongoing strategy.
care add-ons – more options
Our Core Basic service covers all standard support requirements. The basic service fulfills the basic needs. But depending on your organization and business priorities, you may need further proactive support. This could include more in-depth health checks, usage and search analysis. These extra services can be added on top of the basic package.
