Our goal is for you to leave with a comprehensive understanding of how Microsoft 365 Copilot can be integrated into your daily business activities, and the steps and preparation required to implement it successfully.

INTRODUCTION TO AI
An introduction of different available AI solutions, how they fit together in the context of digital workplace and how they can be used responsibly and effectively.
Explore various AI solutions and their integration within the digital workplace, focusing on responsible and effective usage.
MICROSOFT 365 copilot
Introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot with some practical examples. After this session you should understand what is Microsoft 365 Copilot, how it can
complement your existing M365 tools and what value it brings to the business. Gain insights into Microsoft 365 Copilot through practical demonstrations. Understand its role in enhancing M365 tools and the benefits it offers to your business and employees.
USE CASES AND PRACTICAL SCENARIOS
Together we will create some use cases for your organisation with examples and scenarios of Microsoft 365 Copilot, tailored to your organisation, illustrating how Microsoft 365 Copilot can add value to both your business operations and support employees with meaningful productivity.
PREPARE FOR AI
We will assess how Microsoft 365 Copilot fits in to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and what organisations should do to technically prepare. We will discuss topics including data clean-up, document management and information protection.
Evaluate the integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Discuss preparatory steps such as data clean-up, document management, and information protection to optimise AI readiness for your organisation.

LENGTH: 4 hours
TARGET GROUP:
The workshop is directed at decision makers on digital workplace strategy, including AI. This could include representatives from IT, HR and Communications teams. The ideal number of participants is around 4-8 people.
DELIVERABLES:
The price includes a workshop and a summary of the results. If further work with AI strategy and follow up projects are needed, they will be scoped and costed for separately.
