Nexer Xpress Track is a programme aimed at entrepreneurs who want to build an IT/tech business together with Nexer. For those with a good business idea, the right drive and strategic matching, Nexer offers everything from business support and marketing to sales support, mentoring and networking.
Nexer has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and has been running Dream Big for a few years now – a competition for entrepreneurs who dream of taking their business idea in digitalisation and tech to the next level. The prize in Dream Big is one million SEK.
With Nexer Xpress Track, the company is taking the next step and further developing its entrepreneurship programme by enabling entrepreneurs to build businesses under the Nexer brand.
“Nexer Xpress Track is about both entrepreneurship and partnership. We want to complement and strengthen our offer and are therefore looking for people who have a clear business idea and want to take a new step in their career and run their own business. In return, they get access to a strong brand, support functions and our expertise in business development”, says Lars Kry, CEO, Nexer Group.
The entrepreneurs’ business ideas can be about service offerings in areas such as cloud solutions, machine learning, licensing or sustainability for e.g. fintech, medtech, edtech or retail. The aim is to create entirely new business units – or complement existing ones – within Nexer.
The programme is also aimed at Nexer’s existing employees.
“We know that we have great intrapreneurs in our company and that there is an abundance of strong ideas internally. Perhaps some of our employees would like to move to a small or medium-sized city where we don’t have operations today and start a new Nexer office? Or maybe they’ve identified a gap in our portfolio. With this initiative, we hope that more people will take the opportunity to share their ideas,” says Linnea Borgcrantz, Business Development Manager at Nexer Group.
