Nexer focus on Karlstad – opens a new office and hires new employees

Nexer continues to expand and recently Nexer has recruited employees in Karlstad and is now opening a new office. Thomas Gustavsson, who is responsible for the office in Karlstad, comes most recently from Knowit and has 30 years of experience in the IT and tech industry. Thomas is now working on building up the office and recruitment of new talent is already in full swing.

– To have the opportunity to establish and grow Nexer in Karlstad feels very exciting. With the broad and deep expertise that exists in the region, there are good conditions for growing locally. It is important for us to have a regional presence to have close relation to our customers. The services we offer span the entire digitization area with a focus on, among other things, system development, UX / Frontend and information security, says Thomas Gustavsson Business Area Manager.

Nexer is a company with a strong entrepreneurial drive, which is appreciated by the employees. In Karlstad and Värmland, there is a lot of IT competence and a good recruitment base with a mix of both experienced and recent graduates.

– We who have chosen to start at Nexer in Karlstad are all experienced consultants with a large network of contacts. We are already 9 employees and aim to employ another 15 or so people in the next year. Nexer’s forward thinking and creativity combined with the security of the company’s size and stable finances were crucial when I applied to Nexer, concludes Thomas Gustavsson.
