The Boohoo group have entered a strategic partnership with Nexer and Microsoft to support Boohoo in their passion for embracing modern technology to support business improvement and improve the customer experience.
Initially, Nexer and Microsoft will be supporting Boohoo to replace legacy Finance solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance application across its businesses and brands. This will provide solid foundations for Boohoo as they continue to grow their business at anunprecedented pace.

The new systems are due to go live Q1 in 2022, with the main benefits expected to support and further optimise business processes whilst allowing the business to access critical business data at speed to support its appetite to drive positive change at pace.

Finance underpins every aspect of our business, and this partnership will further develop and modernise Finance within Boohoo so it can continue to support the Group’s growth ambitions”, says Pete Templeton, Finance Director, Boohoo.
Why Microsoft and Nexer?
During the software and partner selection process, Nexer and Microsoft demonstrated that Microsoft as a platform was well suited to the growing needs of Boohoo, allowing fluidity and flexibility needed for such a high paced industry. Additionally, with Microsoft’s level of investment in its products and future vision, Boohoo views Microsoft as low risk and proven provider to partner with.
Nexer will be the consultancy partner leading the delivery of projects and were selected based on the significant experience working with other Retailers to support change and considerable experience in successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology. The ability to be flexible in helping Boohoo also impacted the decision.
