As a participant in the Vattenfall SAP Tech Program, you’ll become part of a diverse team working together towards the goal of developing and ensuring fossil-free energy supply.
You’ll spend most of your time at Vattenfall, either in the Stockholm office or at Ringhals. In addition, you’ll spend a few days each month participating in a tailored training program. Your journey is supported by a dedicated mentor from Vattenfall and your consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent.
The talent program starts on August 26, 2024, and lasts for 12 months.
The demand for electricity is set to double by 2045, and the energy sector is currently undergoing a shift. As a participant in the Vattenfall SAP Tech Program, you’ll be part of building long-term, sustainable energy solutions in a stimulating and varied work environment.
SAP is a core component of Vattenfall’s operations, and along with your team, you’ll play a crucial role. The transition to the energy systems of the future also involves moving to the new version of the world’s leading enterprise system, SAP S/4HANA. This transformation offers you an excellent opportunity to grow and develop professionally in the field.
Throughout the program, you’ll participate in a training program in SAP, while also applying your newfound knowledge daily. In parallel, you will also receive training in soft skills, such as personal leadership, group dynamics, and Sustainability Management, keeping the tone professional yet light and engaging.
