As a participant in the talent program, you, along with 18,000 talented colleagues at Saab, will have the opportunity to develop technology and solutions for a safer, more sustainable, and more equitable world. At Saab, all employees share the same mission: to create conditions for a secure society.
Throughout the year, you will be employed as a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent but spend the majority of your work time at Saab Dynamics or Kockums in Linköping, Karlstad, or Karlskoga – whichever suits you best. You will also participate in an education program where you train your technical skills and develop your soft skills, such as self-leadership, group dynamics, etc.
The talent program lasts for 12 months, starting in August 2024. After completing the program, the ambition is to transition into direct employment with Saab Dynamics/ Kockums.
The program offers seven spots, divided between the roles:
– Software Engineer (Filled)
– Software Engineer- hardware (Filled)
THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER
As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a team where you will contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s objectives. You will also have access to a tailor-made training program where you will spend a few days a month deepening your technical skills, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. Upon completion of the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
