Talent Program

Lantmännen tech program

Lantmännen Tech Program is a joint initiative between Nexer Tech Talent and our partner Lantmännen. As a participant, you will experience a steep learning curve and directly contribute to projects that are both challenging and transformative.

You will spend most of your time with Lantmännen, either at the office in Stockholm or Malmö. In parallel with your work, you will participate in a training program where you deepen your technical skills in areas such as Cloud, Cyber Security, and Machine Learning, combined with training in, for example, Leadership and Personal Development, and AI-driven Business Development.

You will have your own mentor at Lantmännen and support from your Consultant Manager at Nexer Tech Talent. The talent program starts on August 19, 2024, and lasts for 12 months. At the end of the year, the ambition is for you to be offered a permanent position at Lantmännen.

The program has six different roles you can apply for in .NET, Business Intelligence and RPA.

IT INNOVATION FOR THE FUTURE


As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of an IT organization that drives change in Lantmännen’s various operations and creates solutions for the agriculture of the future. You will work closely with the operations to create opportunities and added value through digital and analytical solutions.

Lantmännen works with digitalization and data in many areas, from service to owners’ farms, to implementing development by using IoT, to customers and consumer experience online.

Through their cloud journey, the solutions become more cloud-based and modernized for the future Lantmännen. You get to be involved in identifying new needs, coming up with ideas, and creating solutions for the agriculture of the future. This means that you will not only contribute to Lantmännen’s growth but also grow yourself.

ABOUT NEXER TECH TALENT

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER


A talent program offers you a combination of security and challenges. While you are allowed to be new, your learning curve will rapidly accelerate.

As a participant in the talent program, you will have a role in a team where you contribute your expertise on a daily basis. You will receive coaching and support, as well as access to a tailored training program where you can deepen your technical knowledge a few days a month, combined with training in soft skills. After completing the program, the ambition is for you to transition into direct employment with the client.

As a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent, you become part of a global tech company and are well taken care of. We care about your well-being and listen to you, your needs, and the direction you want to develop in.
