LÄNS TECH PROGRAM 4
Are you interested in starting your career in IT and technology? In August, Nexer Tech Talent and Länsförsäkringar will launch Läns Tech Program 4, a one-year talent program specifically designed for newly graduated tech talents. By participating in this talent program, you will get the ultimate transition from your studies to working life.
TalENT PROGRAM AT Länsföräkringar
Länsförsäkringar, a Swedish federation of 23 mutual insurance companies, aims to successfully build its business around the transition to a sustainable society. Their goal is to have a positive impact on climate, environment, and society by 2030.
For the fourth year in a row, we are now recruiting for the one-year talent program at Länsförsäkringar in Stockholm. The tailored talent program provides you with a seamless transition between studies and career, combining work with education, mentoring, and social activities.
The program has seven spots, and you can apply for the following roles:
– Frontend System Developer (JavaScript)
– Backend System Developer (C#)
– DevOps Engineer
– Data Engineer/Scientist

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER
As a participant in the talent program, you will have a role in a team where you contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s goals. You will also have access to a tailored education program where you can deepen your technical knowledge a few days a month, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. After completing the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
