For the fifth consecutive year, Nexer Tech Talent is now recruiting for the one-year talent program at Länsförsäkringar in Stockholm. Here, you get a tailor-made, seamless transition between studies and career where work is combined with education, mentoring, and social activities.

When Jennifer Lindberg had completed her studies in industrial engineering with a focus on computing at KTH, she chose to start her career through the Läns Tech Program. Since the program’s conclusion, she has continued her path at Länsförsäkringar as a developer.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of the Läns Tech Program?

“I’ve always had close contact, both with my manager at Länsförsäkringar and my consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. They’ve checked in with me to ensure I’m enjoying my work and how I view my role. Being part of a community and meeting other tech talents to share experiences has been very rewarding. In a talent program, you get to develop, try different things, and change tasks if you wish. It opens up a whole new set of possibilities.”

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER

As a participant in the talent program, you will have a role in a team where you contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s goals. You will also have access to a tailored education program where you can deepen your technical knowledge a few days a month, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. After completing the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
