HANDELSBANKEN TECH PROGRAM 2024

TECH, DATA and INNOVATION

With over 2000 employees, Handelsbanken is one of Sweden’s largest tech organisations – constantly on the lookout for new talents who see challenges and opportunities in the digitalisation work.

Tech development at Handelsbanken is driven by people who are passionate about making a difference, turning ideas, thoughts and visions into reality. Behind every sprint, epic, jira and PI planning is a person, a team, a lean-agile train with a mission to make life a little easier or better for Handelsbanken’s customers.

As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a group of newly graduated theatre talents who will all have the opportunity to work in developmental roles in a large and secure organisation. At the same time, you’ll get the support and training you need to kick-start your career in the best possible way.

NEXER TECH TALENT

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER

As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a team where you will contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s objectives. You will also have access to a tailor-made training program where you will spend a few days a month deepening your technical skills, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. Upon completion of the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.

As a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent you will be well taken care of. We care about your well-being and we listen to you, your needs and the direction in which you want to develop. For us, community is important and we meet as often as we can for joint activities such as lectures, afterwork and lunch meetings.
