At the end of August 2023, Nexer Tech Talent and FlexLink will start the FlexLink Talent Program for you as a newly graduated talent in IT/tech. Starting your career with a talent program gives you the ultimate transition between studies and working life. We future-proof your career!

FlexLink delivers automated solutions for flows that increase the efficiency of production processes, from conveyor belt components to turnkey solutions. As a participant in the talent program, you will have the opportunity to work with digital solutions, design and simulation, or embedded development to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks and thus reduce environmental impact.

At FlexLink, you’ll be part of a learning organization with a culture that encourages and supports continuous learning, critical thinking, risk-taking, and new ideas. They invest not only in the latest machinery to make production more efficient but also in developing employee skills and know-how.

There will be six positions in the program in the following areas:

– Mechanical Engineering
– Mechatronics
– Embedded Software Development (C)
– Software Development (C# & Java)

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER 

As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a team where you will contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s objectives. You will also have access to a tailor-made training program where you will spend a few days a month deepening your technical skills, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. Upon completion of the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
