Earn Your Wings is a talent program for recent engineering graduates and a collaboration between Boeing (Jeppesen) and Nexer Tech Talent. During your time in the program, you will spend most of your time in the teams at Boeing’s office in Gothenburg. You will have learning sessions during the program and social activities together with the other participants in the program.

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND WORK
As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a team where you will contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s objectives. You will also have access to a tailor-made training program where you will spend a few days a month deepening your technical skills, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. Upon completion of the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
As a consultant, you will be well taken care of. We often invite our consultants to group activities such as lectures, after works and lunch meetings. After successful completion of the talent program, the intention is that you will be offered employment with Boeing.
