DEVELOP AT A HIGH PACE
As a participant in the Axfood Tech Dev Program, you will be involved in building long-term, sustainable solutions where there is both new development and further development.
The pace is high, the organization is flat, and there is a great opportunity to influence your own personal development.
During the talent program, you will be employed as a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent but spend your working hours at Axfood’s headquarters in Stockholm. You will also participate in an educational program where you train your technical skills and develop your soft skills, such as self-leadership, group dynamics, etc.
The program offers seven positions for the role of SAP Application Specialist, where you can choose from the following specializations:
– Application Specialist – E-commerce & Customer Programs (Filled)
– Application Specialist – Employee & Data Insight (Filled)
– Application Specialist – Supply Chain (Filled)
– Application Specialist – Finance & Controlling (Filled)
– Application Specialist – Warehouse Application (Filled)

The grocery industry is undergoing a shift with digitalization and automation high on the agenda. By working both faster and more strategically with data, Axfood can meet increased competition and new demands from customers.

Axfood is a prominent player in the food industry, not least because of its significant focus on IT. The company is at the forefront in terms of digital development and new technology in areas such as digital customer interactions, e-commerce, and workflows.

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER
As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a team where you will contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s objectives. You will also have access to a tailor-made training program where you will spend a few days a month deepening your technical skills, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. Upon completion of the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
