Automotive Talent Program is a collaboration between Nexer Tech Talent and one of the world’s most respected and well-known car brands, where you as a newly graduated tech talent have the opportunity to be part of redefining the future of mobility solutions with a focus on sustainability and innovation. Electrification, autonomous driving, and connected services are all parts of this forward development.
Over 12 months, you’ll experience a steep learning curve, mentorship and support. You become part of the community that being a tech talent with us entails. The goal is that upon completing the talent program, you’ll be offered employment with our client.
Automotive Talent Program is based in Gothenburg and begins continuously from December 2024.
THE BRIDGE BETWEEN STUDIES AND CAREER
As a participant in the talent program, you will be part of a team where you will contribute your skills on a daily basis to achieve the team’s objectives. You will also have access to a tailor-made training program where you will spend a few days a month deepening your technical skills, combined with training in areas such as leadership and personal development. Upon completion of the program, the ambition is for you to move into direct employment with the client.
