Susanne Hjälmered, CEO of Nexer Recruit, is a finalist in the Leader of the Year category at Recruitment Awards 2023. Employees testify that she is an incredibly appreciated and developing leader with almost 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Recruitment Awards is an annual award with the ambition to highlight the best in the recruitment and staffing industry. The purpose is to tribute the players who have made an outstanding achievement, for example through innovations to increase quality and competence, communication or leadership. This year’s competition includes 11 categories with 3 finalists in each category. The winners will be announced on March 21 at the big industry gala in Stockholm.
In the Leader of the Year category, the jury looks at the following in particular:
The ability to lead, motivate, inspire and develop individuals/teams large or small: a role model for others in the industry. He/she must have a business vision that focuses on people, the environment and a social perspective. Results should be able to demonstrate that his/her actions lead to long-term growth and profitability in the business they lead.
Nexer Recruit has previously been a finalist in several categories at Recruitment Awards. This year, they hope to win and look forward to celebrating with all employees.
