SE Controls partners with Nexer for digital transformation

Smoke ventilation and façade automation systems specialist, SE Controls, has appointed Nexer Enterprise Applications to oversee the transformation of its IT systems and cement its position as industry leader.

SE Controls is a leading innovator in technology for building safety and comfort, manufacturing its solutions in the UK and exporting these globally through its own distribution network as well as subsidiaries.

The business is focussed on digital product innovation and as part of this project, its existing ERP and CRM systems required upgrading to support the planned level of growth.

Keen to keep up with the pace of change demanded by customers, SE Controls has partnered with digital transformation expert, Nexer Enterprise Applications, along with data integration specialists IDS Group, to implement the leading-edge monitoring and customer solution technologies required to bring their customer, maintenance and financial systems up to date.

Enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, and Customer Engagement, as well as Microsoft Azure, the partnership will lead to significant improvements in productivity, customer service and customer retention.

The technology will also offer end-to-end data visibility, across procurement, sales, logistics, installation and maintenance, facilitating more efficient management of SE Controls’ international supply chain.

Together, the new solutions will provide a solid foundation for growing the business in ways currently not possible with SE Controls’ existing systems.
