With the talent program, 10 tech talents are hand-picked to build the tech companies of the future. Top10 Talent is part of Nexer’s strategy of growing in western Sweden.
To be qualified for the program, the applicant must have a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree, a great interest in system development and agile working methods – as well as a passion for making a difference and a promising future.
The program is for 12 months, and during the program the top talents will receive a solid technical education. Especially in their area of specialization; Java, test, .NET, Frontend or Cloud, and in more general and technically bridging areas. In addition to this, they will learn about Agility including a Scrum certification, clean code, architecture and the sales and consulting role and more.
– We are extremely happy to be able to start up the Top10 Talent program in Gothenburg again. We started in 2018 and it was very appreciated. Now, as then, the program’s goal is to provide a rocket start to the Talent’s career and welcome to our culture of knowledge sharing and through lectures, reality-based project work, senior mentors, certifications and courses, says Alexander Ask, CU Manager, Nexer West Tech.
Top10 Talent 2021/2022 starts on September 6 and is aimed at those who love IT and wants to help us build the IT solutions of the future.
