To further meet the market expectations and continue to provide service excellence to their customers, a comprehensive evaluation process was initiated to select the future CRM solution, awarded to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and implementation partner Nexer: combining the implementation approach with change communication management for rapid adoption of the new platform.
