Nexer signs agreement with the Swedish National Heritage Board

The Swedish National Heritage Board and Nexer have entered into a partnership where Nexer has been entrusted with the management and development of the use of their document and case management system Platina by Formpipe

The Swedish National Heritage Board is Sweden’s central administrative agency in the area of cultural heritage that works to preserve and develop cultural heritage. The board is responsible for cultural heritage and environmental issues in Sweden, including cultural landscapes, ancient monuments, cultural environments, and cultural objects.

The National Heritage Board manages grants to other authorities and cultural heritage organisations through processes in Platina, together with the integrated web portal Platina Portal Bas.

The agreement with Nexer covers the entire operations of the National Heritage Board to manage and develop their document and case management system. In addition, the agreement also includes services such as support and training. The contract period is four years, and the contract value is estimated at approximately SEK 4.5 million.

– The fact that we have been entrusted with the management and development of the Swedish National Heritage Board’s system is fantastic, and it is proof that we are a leader in Platina and digitalisation. We look forward to working with the National Heritage Board and to the opportunity to grow together with new colleagues in connection with the assignment, explains Malin Johansson, Business Unit Manager at Nexer Information Management.

Nexer is a leader in digital transformation in the public sector and experts in, among other things, the document and case management system Platina by Formpipe. Nexer has a long experience in Platina and has worked with implementation, support and management since 2001. The high demand for Nexer’s expertise in this area means that the business is growing, particularly in Stockholm, Västerås and Karlstad.

– We look forward to working together with Nexer to continue the digitalisation of the business. It is important for us to have a partner who listens, understands and works proactively to ensure that we reach as far as possible within the board’s area of responsibility,” concludes Nicklas Björling, Product Manager at the National Heritage Board.
