NEXER IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RTS FOR CLOUD SERVICES OF THE FUTURE

Nexer Group transfers its subsidiary in IT operations, Nexer IT Services to RTS. At the same time, Nexer Group and RTS enter into an in-depth partnership where the companies’ complementary services meet the market’s need for innovative, digital end-to-end solutions in cloud services in the best possible way.

Nexer and RTS have successfully collaborated for many years and are now deepening the collaboration in a partnership and at the same time, Nexer Group transfers its subsidiary, Nexer IT Services to RTS.

Facts about the acquisition:

• The RTS Group consists of the legal companies Real Time Solutions AB and Real Time Services AB.
• The RTS Group has about 130 employees and offices in Stockholm, Helsingborg and Örebro.
• The main owner of the RTS Group is ShortCap, an investment company that specialises in small and medium-sized companies with strong growth.
• Nexer IT Services will be transferred in its entirety to RTS on October 1, 2021, under the name Real Time Services Cloud AB.
