Nexer is one of the selected suppliers in Kammarkollegiet’s national procurement of IT consultancy services in IT project management and architecture and development. The framework agreement, with a maximum value of up to SEK 3.6 billion over a four-year period, aims to strengthen digital development in Sweden’s public sector.
Nexer has signed another framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet, enabling the company to provide consultancy services in IT project management, architecture, and development to all Swedish government agencies and other eligible contracting organisations over the next four years.
Nexer has qualified as one of nine framework agreement suppliers in each of the two tender areas, following an extensive evaluation of quality, delivery capacity, and expertise. The agreement covers IT resource consultants specialising in management and governance, architecture, systems development, systems management, and testing. Assignments may include project management, IT architecture design, and systems development and quality assurance.
The framework agreement covers IT consultancy services in two main areas of expertise:
“We are proud of Kammarkollegiet’s continued confidence in us. This framework agreement gives us the opportunity to support more public-sector organisations in their digital development, from managing complex IT projects to developing sustainable, business-focused IT solutions,” says Martin Am Zoll, CEO, Nexer AB.
“Successful digital development requires the right expertise throughout the entire process. We look forward to contributing experienced consultants who can manage and govern IT projects, design fit-for-purpose architecture, and develop, maintain and test systems that deliver value to the organisation,” says Hanna Block, Head of Global Sales Enablement.
The framework agreement takes effect on 1 December 2026 and runs for up to 48 months.
