NEXER ACQUIRES THE MAJORITY OF HOLISTICON AG AND EXPANDS IN GERMANY

Nexer strengthens its position as a tech company of the future by acquiring the majority of Holisticon AG, a leading technology consultancy in Germany for digitalization, software development and IT management. Holisticon will continue to be a stand-alone company with its own brand and have the same business concepts and operations as before.

Nexer has been delivering innovative technology solutions to some of the world’s most famous and demanding companies for over 30 years and, during the last seven years, has had a consistent yearly growth between 20-30%.
