On the 8th of March, it’s International Women’s day and a perfect day to invite all women to an inspirational evening to meet, mingle and be inspired by three amazing women with the power and the passion for making a difference. We are very glad and proud to have Ödgärd Andersson, CEO Zenseact and Tiffany Boswell and Natali Suo, entrepreneurs, and founders of Meela (start-up in femtech) as our keynote speakers as they will share their passion, experiences, and vision for the future.

OUR AMAZING SPEAKERS
ÖDGÄRD ANDERSSON, CEO ZENSEACT
Ödgärd Andersson is an inspiring role model and highly appreciated leader in the tech industry. Today Ödgärd is the CEO of Zenseact, a company with the mission to create software for autonomous cars and next generation advanced driver support enabling the next big step in automotive safety. Zenseact is approximately 500 people in Göteborg, Shanghai and developing and launching advanced algorithms based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, together with their owner Volvo Car Group and Polestar as lead customers.
Ödgärd has an impressive career and joined Zenseact Nov 2020, and prior to that was the Chief Digital Officer at Volvo Cars. Before moving into the automotive industry in 2016, Ödgärd was the head of Ericsson in Göteborg as well as the global VP of packet core, with developers in Sweden, China and Spain. Ödgärd spent 20 years in telecommunications in Ericsson AB located in Sweden and Silicon Valley.
Ödgärd holds a Master of Science Degree from Chalmers University of Technology and is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and of IVA Business Executives Counsel.
TIFANNY BOSWELL AND NATALI SUO, FOUNDERS OF MEELA
Tiffany Boswell and Natali Suo are outstanding entrepreneurs with a strong vision of making a difference. They are the founders of the start-up Meela. A matching service between women and psychologists and psychotherapists using a research-based matching algorithm. Meela is on a mission to build a better future for female mental health. By connecting women to inclusive, and quality therapy tailored to her individual needs. Giving her the greatest chance of getting the right mental healthcare, from the start.
Tiffany Boswell is a psychology student, and Natali Suo is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Stressgäris, Sweden’s largest platform for women and non-binary people living with stress-related problems.
Recently Meela won the DI Female founders award of 1 MSEK. Meela was the number one choice both among the jury and the audience.
OUR HOSTS FOR THE EVENING
Beatrice is Communications and Culture Manager at Nexer Group. She is passionate about making a difference and is involved in diversity and equality initiatives. She holds a Master of Science Degree from Chalmers and has a broad tech industry background. Beatrice was part of starting Nexer women’s network in 2014 and has been involved in most of the meetings.
Linda is deputy CEO at Nexer Recruit and holds a master’s degree in psychology from Gothenburg University and is specialized in recruitment and coaching. She is passionate about building relationships with people to help them grow – all of which she strives for on her LinkedIn profile where gender equality, leadership skills & savvy recruiting tips are openly discussed amongst peers.
