Magnus Haglund brings over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, holding a variety of positions ranging from technical product development to leadership roles. As the business lead for Microsoft’s security initiatives in Sweden, Magnus plays a key role in shaping digital security strategies that impact not only Microsoft but society as a whole.
IRÉNE EK, NORDIC MANAGER OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & PUBLIC POLICY, GOOGLE CLOUD
Iréne Ek has a PhD from Stockholm University School of Business in Sweden. She is Nordic Manager of Government Affairs & Public Policy at Google Cloud and coordinates AI policy at the European level. Irene has 20+ years’ experience in providing strategic policy advice on digitalisation, security and AI to the Swedish Government, the European Commission, the United Nations and the OECD.
PENG WU, PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH, STELLAR CAPACITY
Peng Wu is the Program Director of Research at Stellar Capacity, a global leader in advancing digital knowledge and skills for leaders and organisations. Specialising in Generative AI, Peng’s work bridges technology growth and digital transformation across society, economy, and politics. Previously, he served as VP of Operations for one of the largest private fleets in the U.S. maritime industry, focusing on logistics and trade.

DR. ÅKE HOLMGREN, HEAD OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION, SWEDISH CIVIL CONTINGENCIES AGENCY (MSB)
Dr. Åke Holmgren is the Head of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Section at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). He holds a Ph.D. in Risk and Safety Analysis and an M.Sc. in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, as well as a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.
