Anders Martinsson has a background in operations and business development at retail companies (H&M and ICA) as an Enterprise Architect. He has driven, and participated in, major change programmes where AI functionality has been one of many components to consider when designing and building business solutions that are connected in complete value flows and business processes.
Caroline Thorén has extensive experience in retail and e-commerce from, among others, nelly.com and H&M, where she had a leading role in H&M’s digitaliszation and online efforts for many years.

Linda is a digital transformation specialist with a strong technical background and deep industry knowledge in retail. For the past ten years, she has driven innovation and business development with a focus on customer experience, data analytics and technological capabilities. Linda has a large network and broad experience in AI, analytics and store digitalisation.
