Will you become a part of an agile team or want to start studying to become an agile leader?

This is our basic training that gives you the foundation.

This course is based on internationally established agile frameworks. You will learn fundamental techniques and terms, such as sprint planning, product backlog, time-boxing, spikes and planning games.

Attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

This 2-day course will let you build the skills needed to become a high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART) — and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams. Attending the class prepares you to take the SAFe 5 Practitioner exam and become a certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP).

Develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise—and learn about the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs—by becoming a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).

This course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation.
