Digital development is racing throughout the automotive industry and Volvo Cars is one of the companies pushing the development, both as a car manufacturer and a global employer. As a strategic partner in change communication, Nexer Maverick supports their internal digital transformation. Today, the concept Digital Workplace tells the greater story about digitalisation and act as a driver for change. An injection to Volvo Cars employer branding.
In 2017, Nexer Maverick started to develop the concept Digital Workplace, with a strong visual identity and storytelling based on the experiences of Volvo Cars employees. A group of Digital Influencers were recruited as models for imagery and films. Along the journey we created and carried out a number of campaigns and events, for example the global launch of Microsoft Teams.
a living digital hub
Nexer designed and developed a digital hub for all Digital Workplace communication. It is updated monthly with Maverick produced content such as articles, how-to guides, storytelling films, photo, tutorials, podcasts and more. Today, the concept Digital Workplace tells the greater story about digitalisation and act as a driver for change. It’s also an injection to Volvo Cars employer branding.
