When Martin & Servera took a comprehensive approach to their CRM support, there was a clear ambition: to create a system that really supports the salespeople’s everyday life and at the same time lay the foundation for future development. The existing, in-house developed CRM system had served its purpose, but was perceived as limiting both from a user and management perspective. The challenge therefore consisted of two parts. Partly to develop a modern and intuitive interface in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM that reflects the sales process and facilitates the daily work. Partly to dismantle the old system in a safe and controlled manner and migrate all business-critical data without losing history, quality or trust in the organisation.

The solution was built in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with a clear focus on standard functionality. By minimizing customer-specific adaptations and instead using the platform’s built-in capabilities, a user-friendly, scalable and future-proof sales interface was created. The solution was designed to be easy to further develop, easy to manage and cost-effective over time. By minimizing customer-specific code, a sustainable solution was created that can easily be further developed as the business grows and changes.

Result and next step

The result was a uniform CRM support that gathers the entire sales process in a common system. The sellers got a clearer workflow, which increased both efficiency and user acceptance. At the same time, data quality improved significantly, which provided better insights and a stronger decision-making basis for both sales management and operations. With a stable foundation on the Microsoft platform, Martin & Servera has now strengthened its digital capabilities and created new opportunities going forward.
