The AI Maturity Assessment is a structured, data-driven analysis that maps your organization’s strengths, gaps, and opportunities in AI. THE PROCESS
1. PReparations
During the first week, the objectives of the participation are defined, target groups are identified, and participants are selected. Any data protection concerns are addressed in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Nexer prepares the survey.
2. execution
Over approximately two weeks, the survey itself is conducted. Participants receive a digital questionnaire that takes about 30 minutes to complete, which is distributed within a predetermined timeframe.
3. analysis
The results are collected and analyzed in a structured way based on key AI dimensions. Visualizations are created to provide a clear picture of the current state and to identify patterns and areas for improvement. The analysis phase takes approximately one week.
4. Actions
During the final phase, lasting two to three weeks, key metrics and results are shared in a collaborative review. The focus is on uncovering improvement opportunities and defining clear, actionable next steps. The ultimate goal is to transform insights into tangible business impact.
Result
After 5–7 weeks, you will gain valuable insights into your organization’s AI readiness, enabling you to make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives in technology, skills development, and structures that support AI adoption and integration.
