Future Leader Program is a unique initiative from Nexer Group, Pion Group and A Society – an extension of our vision of a Promising Future. The program is aimed at individuals aged between 17 and 23 who are curious about exploring and realising their potential as entrepreneurs and leaders. Each year, a new round begins in October, with applications open from June to August.
Future Leader Program is designed to inspire and support young talents who want to drive innovation and create new opportunities. We offer inspiring days filled with workshops, networking opportunities, and personal mentorship. You’ll also have the chance to hear from some of Sweden’s most prominent leaders and entrepreneurs, providing you with valuable knowledge and inspiration for the future.
You will be matched with a personal mentor who will coach you to develop your skills and offer advice to help you reach your goals. Your mentor will be a source of support and inspiration throughout the program.
Through the lectures, you will gain insights from some of Sweden’s most prominent leaders and entrepreneurs. Their experiences will provide you with valuable understanding and inspiration for your entrepreneurial journey.
You’ll not only form connections with like-minded peers but also with some of Sweden’s foremost leaders and entrepreneurs. In doing so, you’ll build a strong network that could be vital for your future career.
MARKET ECONOMY, FREEDOM OF SPEECH, DEMOCRACY AND THE ROLE OF BUSINESS IN SOCIETY
Being an entrepreneur and leader is not just about ideas and innovation – it’s also about responsibility. This module puts business in a broader context: How is the market economy connected to democratic values? What responsibility do you have as a leader to defend and strengthen fundamental freedoms? We explore corporate responsibility, sustainability, and the impact of leadership on our shared future.

THE CEO, BOARD, AUDITOR’S ROLE AND BUSINESS LAW
Gain a comprehensive view of the business landscape – from legal frameworks to strategic leadership. We delve into the CEO’s responsibilities, the role of the board, the function of auditors, as well as fundamental business law and corporate governance. This module provides the insights needed to make informed decisions at the highest level.

BRAND, CULTURE AND COMMUNICATION
Strong brands are built from within. Here, we explore how you as a leader can shape a corporate culture that attracts, engages, and builds trust – both internally and externally. We take a deep dive into the role of communication in creating credibility and impact, both in everyday operations and during times of crisis.

SALES & NETWORKING
No leader succeeds alone. In this final part, we focus on how to build lasting business relationships and how to sell ideas, visions and solutions with impact. You’ll develop your personal sales technique and practise strategic networking. The program concludes with an assessment of your development journey.

“Future Leader Program is a talent initiative close to our hearts. Over the course of one year, we meet for four full-day sessions where you’ll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. The program ends with a final assessment and diploma presentation.
With only 30 places available, we offer a unique chance to build valuable networks and receive support from your own mentor – an experienced individual who follows you throughout the program.
