To accelerate growth and ensure long-term success, Nexer Group is strengthening its global talent strategy with the appointment of Susanne Hjälmered as Chief Talent Officer (CTO). This newly created role will drive Nexer’s ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in an increasingly competitive market.
With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and consultancy – including co-founding Nexer Recruit in 2014 – Susanne brings extensive expertise in talent management and leadership. As Chief Talent Officer, she will lead key initiatives to refine and unify recruitment processes across the Group’s business areas, enhance candidate attraction strategies, and develop a long-term employer branding strategy. A key focus will be leveraging cutting-edge technology, including AI-driven tools, to optimise recruitment and talent management.
