Like other companies in the transport sector, the Volvo Group is moving towards zero emissions. Here, sustainable fuels are one way forward. One such fuel is green hydrogen. The Volvo Group saw a need to spread knowledge about the fuel. The solution was to develop an e-learning that explains how hydrogen is produced, distributed, and used.
Nexer Maverick created a story-based training in which the user becomes a reporter and researches the subject before writing an article about it, including its opportunities, limitations, and significance in transitioning to a fossil-free society. The user furthermore visits a press conference to gather information and must respond to social media posts with preconceived notions and myths about hydrogen. When the mission is accomplished, and the research is done, it results in a news article.
“Great combination of gaming and information, easy to digest and remember.”
Go Green with Hydrogen has been praised by users for its easily accessible content based on storytelling, interactivity, and blend of various media types.
