A leading North American specialty retailer of hard surface flooring faced a growing challenge in managing and maintaining consistent product descriptions across its vast inventory.

Background

This North American retailer needed a scalable solution to consistently enrich their online product catalog with high-quality, on-brand content. At the same time, they aimed to accelerate product launches without compromising the accuracy and detail of product descriptions.
