Many organizations have launched AI pilots, seen early successes, and maybe even put a few solutions into production. But there is often no clear understanding of what is actually working, what is missing, or what needs to change before AI can scale across the entire organization.
Our AI Maturity Assessment provides an objective, end‑to‑end evaluation of your organization’s readiness for AI across people, processes, and technology. It reveals what is working, what is missing, and where the most critical gaps exist, resulting in a clear maturity score and an actionable improvement plan.
As one of the few Applied AI–certified companies in Sweden and a partner to AI Sweden, we deliver a trusted, quality‑assured assessment. You receive a data‑driven view of your current maturity, benchmarking against more than 1,500 European organizations, and a practical roadmap to move from ideas and pilots to implementation.
The AI Maturity Assessment is a comprehensive, data‑driven diagnostic that evaluates your organization’s AI maturity across ambition, use cases, enablers, and execution.
Using an Applied AI‑certified framework, we provide an objective snapshot of where you are today, benchmarked against more than 1,500 European organizations. The outcome includes a concrete roadmap to advance your AI maturity, with recommendations covering security, compliance, and governance.
The assessment is conducted over 5–7 weeks:
We define objectives, identify target groups, select participants, and address data protection considerations. The assessment survey is prepared.
Participants complete a 30‑minute digital questionnaire covering key dimensions of AI maturity, including ambition, use cases, enablers, and execution.
Results are collected, analyzed, and visualized to highlight your current state, patterns, and improvement areas. We identify security gaps, compliance risks, and organizational or cultural barriers.
We present findings in a collaborative review with leadership, focusing on opportunities and defining clear, prioritized next steps. The goal is to turn insights into measurable business impact.
The assessment is based on the Applied AI‑certified framework, a standardized methodology trusted by leading organizations across Europe. Through our partnership with AI Sweden, we ensure high‑quality, reliable results.
Because you cannot scale what you do not fully understand.
You move from assumptions to evidence‑based decisions.
You receive a comprehensive AI maturity score covering people, processes, technology, security, and compliance, providing a complete view of where your organization stands. Your results are benchmarked against more than 1,500 organizations across Europe, offering valuable peer comparison.
We deliver a structured gap analysis explaining what is working, what is missing, and where risks exist, along with why each area matters from a business perspective. The assessment also includes a detailed security and compliance review, covering AI Act readiness, potential NIS2 requirements, GDPR risks, and AI‑specific threats.
To support investment decisions, we quantify financial risk exposure using the FAIR framework, translating technical vulnerabilities into monetary impact. Cultural insights highlight barriers such as resistance to change or gaps in data‑driven decision‑making.
You also receive an initial AIBOM (AI Bill of Materials) outlining AI systems, models, datasets, and dependencies, supporting future compliance needs. All findings are consolidated into a prioritized improvement roadmap, clarifying what to address now, what can wait, and the expected business impact.
Finally, we deliver an executive‑level summary and facilitate a leadership alignment session to ensure shared understanding and clear next steps.
How is this different from the online AI Readiness Assessment?
The online tool is a 15‑minute quick scan that provides an initial readiness score. The AI Maturity Assessment is a full 5–7‑week diagnostic using an Applied AI‑certified framework, with detailed analysis, benchmarking, and executive workshops.
Do we need to have AI already in production?
No. The assessment is designed for organizations at any stage, from early exploration to scaling AI enterprise‑wide.
Who should participate?
Representatives from business leadership, IT, data teams, and key AI stakeholders across the organization.
Can this be done in regulated industries?
Yes. The assessment explicitly evaluates compliance readiness for regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector.
What happens to our data?
All responses are confidential and aggregated for benchmarking purposes. Data protection considerations are addressed upfront.
