Starting from the Role Center, the agent navigates pages, performs actions, and enters data just like a user.
This method allows the agent to be flexible and adapt to different situations. It can find and use custom fields and actions, and it can also fix validation errors by reading error messages and adjusting the input.
Configuring this ‘agent’ is simple, user-friendly, and allows users to be grouped as a team to manage sales requests.
