On its website, Cooabriel reported that in mid-June it took another step in the Implementation Project of its new ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations), formed by a set of intelligent business applications that improve processes with greater control and security in the data generated, in addition to standardization across sectors.

The new project is part of Cooabriel’s technological innovation and digital transformation process, approved at the Ordinary General Meeting as strategic actions necessary to support the cooperative’s growth and bring more security, control, agility and simplification of processes.

The project comprises five phases. The first implementation phase (Go-live) took place in June, when the entire registration area of the cooperative came into operation.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP is one of the Microsoft solutions that Cooabriel has implemented since the beginning of the cooperative’s technological restructuring. Its entire implementation has been monitored by the company Nexer, which develops and manages Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Cooabriel’s project manager, Saionara Buss Wendler is who coordinates the project for the cooperative and said:

“It took a very integrated team and all the key users dedicated themselves and worked intensely in the preparation and parameterization of the new work environment in the last seven months of the implementation of the first phase. The key users were trained to multiply the process internally with the end users This required meticulous work by the team with detailed assessments and a test cycle to ensure process operation and data efficiency.”

Collaborator Nadya Bronelle is one of the key users of the implementation process. She acts in the registration of cooperative members. The new system brings very positive changes. In an interview, she points out:

“He brings a very dynamic way of working and allowed for a great learning process. It changes, for example, the way of making file entries, which are now all online. Dynamics allows us to dream big without limitations, but with great security”.

Cooabriel is the only cooperative in Brazil to use Microsoft’s cloud technology 100% and is among the 105 Brazilian companies recognized as a successful case.

The cooperative’s technological renovation process, using all of Microsoft’s Cloud technology, began about a year ago with the migration of all its infrastructure, data and systems to the cloud.

The path of digital transformation came as a need for technological adaptation to meet the growth of the cooperative. After surveying the need, the pillars of collaboration, security and modern infrastructure were observed.
