Over time, their Microsoft AX business application software had been customized to fit the businesses way of working and this resulted in several challenges:\u00a0

Nexer and Microsoft were selected as partners to support this global change and technology adoption. Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications were configured to meet the business needs. A mechanism to standardize business processes was also included.\u00a0

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce and HR were in the solution scope.\u202f These were all connected with insightful, integrated and near real time business intelligence.\u00a0
