Over time, their Microsoft AX business application software had been customised to fit the businesses way of working and this resulted in several challenges:

\u2022 Customisation costs were high.

\u2022 They had difficulty in accessing, joining, and analysing data.

\u2022 Departments were working with \u2018offline\u2019 spreadsheets and using other system workarounds.

\u2022 System functionality was not being used as it was designed.

Nexer and Microsoft were selected as partners to support this global change and technology adoption. Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications were configured to meet the business needs and also included was a mechanism to standardise business processes.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce and HR were in the solution scope.\u00a0 These were all connected with insightful, integrated and near real time business intelligence.

The project was split into multiple phases of work.\u00a0 Firstly, defining and creating the core solution which formed the basis for the standardised processes, before deployments across all geographical regions covering Europe, North America and Asia.<\/p> \t<\/div>\n\n\n\n
