JONATHAN ULMESTRAND – VEHICLE DEVELOPER
Jonathan Ulmestrand dreamed of becoming an inventor when he was little, and he knew early on that he wanted to be an engineer. Thanks to Nexer Tech Talent, he got the opportunity to get a dream start to his career. Today, Jonathan works as a function developer in active safety at Volvo GTT. And he is really enjoying his job.

Nexer Tech Talent specializes in tech talents. Together with Kairos Future, who are experts in trend and external analysis, we have produced a future report with unique insights. In the report, we have mapped out what tech talents of today expect, and how they look at new technology and their work life. The results have been summarized in 10 success factors to attract and retain stars of tomorrow.
The report is based on interviews and a survey, answered by over 300 tech talents. The people who participated in the survey are at the beginning of their professional careers or are studying to become a university or civil engineer with a technical specialization. In addition to the survey, in-depth interviews were conducted with tech talents, as well as representatives from Sweden’s Engineers and the employer’s side.
