Specialized in Lean & Agile while having extensive experience and expertise in marketing and communications. He has 25+ years’ experience from the fields of IT/telecom, automotive, retail and offshore in Europe and Brazil.
Katarina wiberg
An agile- coach, advanced Scrum Master and Trainer. Has been part of Agile transformations in several large organizations since 2008. She has a passion for building high performance teams, both distributed and collocated. She has 20+ years’ experience from the fields of IT/telecom, retail and offshore in Europe, United States and India.

This is our basic training that gives you the foundation.
agile master
This course is based on internationally established agile frameworks. You will learn fundamental techniques and terms, such as sprint planning, product backlog, time-boxing, spikes and planning games.
leading safe 5.0
Attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
safe for teams
This 2-day course will let you build the skills needed to become a high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART) — and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams. Attending the class prepares you to take the SAFe 5 Practitioner exam and become a certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP).
safe product owner/product manager
Develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise—and learn about the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs—by becoming a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
