Ao longo dos anos, a Zurich especializou-se n\u00e3o apenas na oferta de seguros, mas tamb\u00e9m na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os personalizados e eficientes, focados em proporcionar uma experi\u00eancia diferenciada aos seus clientes atrav\u00e9s de processos simplificados e de um atendimento c\u00e9lere.<br><br>Desde 2018, a Zurich iniciou uma traject\u00f3ria de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital no Brasil, adotando o <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/strong> como plataforma central para novos sistemas que impactariam positivamente v\u00e1rias \u00e1reas da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. A necessidade era clara: criar fluxos mais eficientes, centralizar informa\u00e7\u00e3o e automatizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente num sector altamente regulado e competitivo como o dos seguros.<br><br>Inicialmente, a seguradora tinha de transformar o modelo de atendimento interno e externo, permitindo que segurados, mediadores e colaboradores tivessem acesso f\u00e1cil a servi\u00e7os e apoio, al\u00e9m de otimizar o controlo sobre o ciclo completo das opera\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais. Este sistema passou a ser utilizado por toda a empresa, com cerca de 1.500 colaboradores no Brasil, funcionando como um segundo n\u00edvel de atendimento no Call Center sempre que os operadores n\u00e3o conseguem resolver as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de imediato.<br><br>De seguida, a Zurich concentrou-se no desenvolvimento do <strong>CRM Comercial<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m baseado no Dynamics 365, que possibilitou estruturar sistematicamente a sua hierarquia comercial. A ferramenta permitiu segmentar perfis de acesso, gerir unidades de neg\u00f3cio, acompanhar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de equipas e mediadores, monitorizar o pipeline de vendas e metas, bem como organizar agendamentos e relat\u00f3rios de visitas a mediadores, totalmente integrados no calend\u00e1rio do Outlook. Este CRM passou igualmente a ser acess\u00edvel atrav\u00e9s de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel, conferindo maior agilidade aos gestores comerciais no terreno.<br><br>O passo seguinte foi a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Workflow Underwriter<\/strong>, um sistema que viabiliza a entrada, controlo e acompanhamento de solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de cota\u00e7\u00e3o de ramos de neg\u00f3cio complexos, integrando automaticamente os e-mails recebidos de mediadores no Dynamics. Posteriormente, procedeu-se \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o completa entre o Workflow e o CRM Comercial, garantindo atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o simult\u00e2nea entre ambos em todas as fases das solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de cota\u00e7\u00e3o. Em 2021, o Workflow foi conectado ao sistema global de subscri\u00e7\u00e3o da Zurich, o <strong>Z-Horizon<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m implementado no Dynamics 365, consolidando ainda mais a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos.<br><br>Como evolu\u00e7\u00e3o mais recente e inovadora, a Zurich criou o <strong>Z-Atende<\/strong>, uma interface omnicanal para o Call Center que centraliza atendimentos via chat, WhatsApp e voz. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o inclui o chatbot e o canal oficial de WhatsApp do Portal Zurich, al\u00e9m do sistema de URA da Avaya para atendimento por voz. O Z-Atende liga-se diretamente ao Z-Chamado, gerando automaticamente tickets de segundo n\u00edvel sempre que necess\u00e1rio, e disp\u00f5e de dashboards nativos e personalizados, via Power BI, para monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es do Call Center.
