As you all probably know, people’s behaviour has gone from offline to more online during digitalisation. This behaviour-change led us to start googling much more when we experience a problem, need or have a question that we want an answer to. Through the new online behaviour, it has resulted in new digital rules for companies. Units in sales, communication, and customer service instead need to work in a way determined by their target groups’ behaviour and not the other way around. On Pink Sunday, we are giving you a holistic perspective of what I.M is but also how Content Marketing and the tool Marketing Automation are connected and become a cycle for sustainable relations. We also want to take the opportunity to try to dispel the myth THAT the Inbound Marketing methodology is only a MARKETING strategy that only includes a marketing department. When the truth is that it is a digital BUSINESS strategy that includes most of the organisation.
