Add Security into your Agile Process

Security is often treated in the same way that we don’t like to do development, like waterfall. We simply start thinking about security in the beginning or just at the end of the development cycle. It becomes the last gateway and/or check. That is of course not the best way to handle security. How then, can we incorporate security thinking into our daily work together with our customers? And what tools can we use to make it easier?
