This is a Senior Recruiter role responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process for consultants within R&D and product development, in coordination with the R&D management team. The overall objective of this role is to search, attract and recruit candidates in the field of product development, such as C++/C developers, CI/CD engineers, Scrum Masters, and Embedded Software Engineers.
About the role
You will be a part of the internal Nexer Recruitment team, focusing on R&D candidates. You will:
  • Consult with internal hiring managers to develop appropriate sourcing strategy, such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment, to reach the hiring goals for R&D
  • Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication with both managers and candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships

Your profile

  • +3 years of experience with technical/IT-recruitment in a fast-paced environment – preferably within a consulting company 
  • An experienced Linkedin Recruiter user and you have knowledge of other sourcing tools as well
  • Experience from recruiting technical roles such as software engineers
  • You have hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
  • High energy and not giving up when roles are hard to fill
  • Comfortable working towards goals, and to reach a large number of hired candidates each month 
  • Fluent Swedish and English is required
  • University degree, technical or in other field, is considered a plus
