Digital Transformation to Support the Cooperative\u2019s Growth<\/h2>\n

Cooabriel<\/strong>, one of Brazil\u2019s most important cooperatives, has taken another major step in its digital transformation by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations<\/strong> (F&O). This project is part of a set of strategic actions approved during its Annual General Meeting to support the cooperative\u2019s expansion while ensuring stronger security, control, agility, and streamlined internal operations.

The technological innovation journey began roughly a year ago when Cooabriel started migrating all its infrastructure, data, and systems to the Microsoft cloud<\/strong>, becoming the only cooperative in Brazil to operate 100% on Microsoft cloud technology<\/strong>. This move made Cooabriel a national benchmark and one of 105 Brazilian companies recognized as a success case in digital transformation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cooabriel\u2019s main challenge was to modernize its management systems and create an integrated, secure environment capable of supporting the cooperative\u2019s increasingly complex operations. The objective was to standardize processes across departments, ensure full data control, and enhance security and transparency in all activities.

The previous system presented limitations, particularly in terms of automatic integration between departments. This prompted the search for a more robust and scalable solution. The adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O<\/strong> aimed precisely to address these needs\u2014integrating all processes and enabling centralized, efficient control.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Solution: Structured Implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O with Nexer EA<\/h2>\n

The ERP implementation project was carefully structured in five phases<\/strong>, with the first phase (Go-live)<\/strong> completed in June\u2014covering all registration areas of the cooperative. The implementation was led by Nexer EA<\/strong>, a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics development and management, ensuring alignment with best practices and Cooabriel\u2019s specific needs.

Project Manager Saionara Buss Wendler<\/strong> led the rollout and emphasized the importance of team involvement during the seven months of implementation<\/strong>. The key users<\/strong> played a critical role, actively participating in setup and testing, receiving training, and acting as multipliers for other end users. This involved rigorous test cycles and thorough validation to ensure system reliability and data integrity.

Team member Nadya Bronelle<\/strong>, who works directly with cooperative member registrations, noted that the new system brought a more dynamic way of working and valuable learning. She highlighted that with Dynamics, operations are now fully online<\/strong>, replacing traditional file uploads. According to her, the solution \u201clets us dream big, without limitations, but with great security.\u201d
